AI AUTOMATION BUILDER - CLAUDE CODE (PROJECT-BASED, CAN GROW TO FULL-TIME)

A growing commercial insurance practice in South Florida is building internal
automations and needs someone who ships fast with Claude Code and AI agents.
WHAT YOU WILL BUILD

• Document generation (proposals, summaries, certificates) from templates and data
• Email workflows: triage, drafting, follow-up sequences, reminders
• Transcription pipelines: call recordings to structured notes and CRM updates
• Small internal web portals and dashboards
• Integrations between Google Workspace, CRM, and other business tools

REQUIREMENTS

• Demonstrable hands-on experience with Claude / Claude Code (or a comparable

agent framework) shipping real projects, not just prompting

• Portfolio or GitHub with working examples (links required)
• Comfortable with Python and/or JavaScript, APIs, webhooks, and git
• Clear async written English: you post progress, blockers, and demos without

being chased

• Care about reliability and data privacy; you handle business data responsibly
