ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re a U.S.-based business education brand focused on business funding, credit education, financial strategy, and entrepreneurship. Our content is educational talking-head videos, podcasts, and live event footage.

We’re hiring a Short-Form Editor who thinks like a strategist. You won’t just cut what we tell you to cut. Once you learn our framework, you’ll find the strongest moments in long-form content yourself, pick the right hook, and turn it into high-retention clips.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
-Edit 30-60 short-form clips per month for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook , and LinkedIn

-Repurpose long-form podcasts, talking-head videos, and event footage into clips of 60 to 90 seconds

-Identify the strongest moments in long-form footage and select hooks that land in the first 3 to 5 seconds

-Execute captions, B-roll, zooms, motion design, and hook placement to our standard

-Deliver in organized batches and maintain a content buffer; Schedule approved clips across platforms

-Manage your workflow in Trello and keep your board updated without being reminded

REQUIREMENTS
-Proven short-form editing with strong pacing and retention

-Clip selection judgment: you can explain why a moment works, not just cut it

-Professional software: Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve

-Organized project files and reusable templates

-Full-time (40 hours per week) with strong U.S. Eastern daytime overlap

-Our style references: Alex Hormozi, Karlton Dennis, Dan Martell, and Brian Mark. Study them before applying.

COMPENSATION
$900–$1,000 USD per month, depending on experience and execution level
