Full-Time Wholesale Real Estate Acquisitions Caller & Lead Qualifier

We are looking for a reliable, full-time caller to speak with U.S. property owners, qualify potential sellers and follow up consistently. You will use BatchDialer, a company-approved calling list and our existing reporting process.

YOUR WORK

• Verify the correct owner and property. Listen carefully and record condition, occupancy, motivation, asking price and desired timing.
• Present only the current approved purchase offer. When an offer is not approved, gather facts and hand the opportunity to acquisitions.
• Follow up at agreed times. Keep accurate notes, unanswered questions and next actions so the team can continue each conversation.
• Honor opt-outs immediately and follow approved contact hours and company procedures.
• Hand qualified opportunities to our coordinator. Pricing, contracts, signatures and financial commitments stay with authorized decision-makers.

WHAT WE NEED
Clear, conversational U.S. English with natural U.S. pronunciation; strong listening; dependable attendance during the agreed U.S. business-hour shift; comfort handling rejection; and accurate reporting. BatchDialer or real estate calling experience is helpful.

Include your internet and headset setup. Shortlisted applicants will complete a short live seller roleplay and a sample call note using fictional property information. Do not include private client recordings or documents. We assess demonstrated communication and relevant skills, not nationality.

PROPOSED WORKING TERMS
Base pay: $3 USD per hour.
Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday–Sunday, 11:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m Mon-Sat, 12:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m. Sunday Eastern Time.
The role reports to our existing coordinator. No bonus or paid-trial commitment is included.
