REMOTE SALES PROFESSIONAL

Vertex Total Operations is seeking an experienced, results-driven Sales Professional to help expand our client base and drive new business growth.

This is a 100% remote, commission-based opportunity for a highly motivated sales professional with 8–10 years of experience, preferably within the BPO, outsourcing, recruitment, or remote staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospective clients through market research, networking, email outreach, and cold calling.
• Generate qualified leads and maintain a consistent, healthy sales pipeline.
• Present Vertex Total Operations’ staffing solutions to prospective clients.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand clients’ workforce needs, challenges, and hiring requirements.
• Develop proposals, negotiate terms, and successfully close new business.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Manage leads, follow-ups, and sales opportunities using a CRM system.
• Meet agreed-upon sales, client acquisition, and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, activity, and performance reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8–10 years of proven sales or business development experience.
• Experience in BPO, outsourcing, recruitment, remote staffing, or a related industry is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in lead generation, client acquisition, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems, prospecting tools, and sales pipeline management.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Confident, professional, persuasive, and client-focused communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and consistently follow through on opportunities.
• Reliable computer, high-speed internet connection, and a professional remote workspace.
