Creative Social Media Manager

We’re Hiring: Part-Time Creative Social Media Manager (aka Content Wizard)

Do you live on TikTok, speak in Reels, dream in Canva templates, and lowkey judge bad captions? We’re looking for a part-time social media manager who’s creative, savvy, and knows how to use content to turn heads—and clicks.

We’re building something bold, fun, and unforgettable. If you know how to make brands stand out on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, we want to see your magic.

You’re Our Person If You:
? Know your way around Canva Pro like a graphic ninja
? Can do basic video editing (cutting, adding captions, resizing for platforms, etc.)
? Have used AI video tools like Synthesia (bonus if you’ve created AI avatars or explainer-style content)
? Are up-to-date with trends on TikTok and YouTube Shorts
? Understand brand voice, storytelling, and what makes content clickable
? Are creative, organized, and love experimenting with content ideas
? Can work independently and meet deadlines (because ghosting your own content is so 2022)

What You’ll Be Doing:

Planning and creating content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube

Designing posts using Canva Pro (graphics, carousels, stories)

Creating and editing short videos (using raw footage or AI tools like Synthesia)

Writing fun, engaging captions and hooks that actually make people stop scrolling

Suggesting creative ideas for campaigns, trends, and series

Tracking content performance and suggesting what to try next
