Inside Sales Representative (Remote) – Strong Closers Wanted!

Johnny Tsunami Exterior Cleaning is looking for a driven, confident, and results-oriented Inside Sales Representative who knows how to sell over the phone.

We are NOT looking for someone who just answers calls and sends quotes. We need a salesperson who takes ownership of leads, follows up consistently, handles objections, and closes deals.

What You'll Do
Convert inbound calls and inquiries into booked jobs.
Respond to new leads quickly (ideally within 5 minutes).
Follow up on open estimates through calls and texts until customers make a decision.
Handle pricing objections and confidently ask for the sale.
Manage leads, callbacks, and sales opportunities in our CRM.
Meet daily sales and conversion targets.

What We're Looking For
2+ years of phone sales, inside sales, or telesales experience.
Proven ability to close deals and handle objections.
Strong English communication and phone skills.
Comfortable making outbound follow-up calls.
Organized, proactive, and experienced with CRM systems.
Competitive, coachable, and motivated by sales targets.
Home services sales experience is a plus.

Performance Expectations
Contact new leads within 5 minutes whenever possible.
Work toward a 50%+ booking/close rate.
Consistently follow up on every open sales opportunity.
Help the team achieve its $20,000+ daily sales goal.
