How You Will Contribute:

• Support day-to-day operational activities and processes ensuring documentation are properly maintained.
• Monitor workflows, outstanding requirements, and key operational activities to support timely execution across the loan or asset lifecycle.
• Prepare reports and operational summaries to support management visibility.
• Analyze operational data to identify discrepancies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency.
• Assist with administrative tasks, documentation, and coordination across departments.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company standards and procedures.

What We're Looking For:

• At least 2 years of total professional work experience is required.
• At least 2 years of experience working night shifts aligned with US business hours is required.
• Experience in loan processing or asset management is preferred but not required.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM platforms.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, with a positive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement.
