Content Repurposing Specialist | Video Editing, AI Generation & Carousel Design (Part-time to full-time)

We’re looking for a creative and experienced Video Editor & AI Content Creator to join our team!

This position will start part-time during a trial period, with the opportunity to transition to a long-term, full-time role if we're a good fit.

I'm looking for someone who specializes in content repurposing, understands social media trends, and knows how to turn one set of raw footage into multiple engaging pieces of content.

Responsibilities

• Repurpose existing footage into multiple short-form videos for Instagram Reels, Trial Reels, TikTok, and TikTok Shop.
• Create different versions by changing hooks, pacing, clip order, video length, and storytelling.
• Use AI video and image generation tools to create scroll-stopping hooks, creative scenes, and engaging visuals.
• Design Instagram carousels (typically 5 slides) using original content, graphic design, and AI-generated visuals.
• Adapt content for different platforms while making each version feel fresh and engaging.
• Suggest creative ideas to maximize the value of existing footage.

Requirements

• Proven experience in content repurposing, not just basic video editing.
• Strong understanding of hooks, audience retention, and short-form video performance.
• Experience with AI video and image generation tools (Kling, Runway, Midjourney, ChatGPT, or similar).
• Proficiency in CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar tools.
• Experience designing engaging social media carousels.
• Creative, detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.

!!Expected Daily Output (Full-Time)!!

• 8 short-form videos per day, primarily repurposed from existing footage.
• 1 carousel per day (5 slides).

Each video variation should feature meaningful changes in hooks, pacing, storytelling, clip selection, or length.
AI-generated videos and images may be incorporated when needed to create more engaging content.

!During the initial part-time trial period, workload will be adjusted based on agreed working hours.!
