Ready to turn your tech degree into hands-on SaaS experience? We are looking for a Tier 1 Application Support Specialist who thrives on problem-solving and technical investigation.

Supporting Shopify stores powered by our AI visual editor, you will go beyond surface-level troubleshooting by investigating unique store environments, debugging HTML/CSS code, and delivering personalized solutions that keep e-commerce businesses running seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:
> Monitor, investigate, and resolve inbound front-end and platform-level support requests in real time.

> Inspect Shopify store setups, review HTML/CSS structures, and diagnose client-specific bugs rather than relying on standard scripts.

> Log, manage, and escalate complex software bugs and edge cases to engineering using Jira.

> Partner directly with product, QA, and engineering teams to track recurring issues and ensure swift resolutions for clients.

Qualifications:
> Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline (Fresh Graduates ONLY) - MUST

> Hands-on ability to read, write, and edit HTML & CSS (academic projects or personal coursework included) - MUST

> Basic exposure to JavaScript or front-end web development principles - ADVANTAGE

> Familiarity with the Shopify platform - ADVANTAGE

> Experience using ticketing or CRM systems like Jira, HubSpot, or Zendesk - ADVANTAGE

> Communication: Exceptional written and spoken English skills to clearly explain technical issues to clients.

> A proactive, inquisitive attitude with strong analytical research and debugging skills.
