Instagram DM Setter - Sales Rep Recruitment

We're a growing pest control company building a door-to-door sales team, and we're hiring a full-time DM setter to run daily Instagram outreach to potential sales reps.
What you'll do:

• Send 30–50 personalized Instagram DMs per day to potential sales rep candidates (we provide the target criteria and message framework — you personalize every message, no copy-paste blasts)
• Follow up with non-responders on a set cadence
• Log every send, follow-up, and reply in a shared tracker
• Qualify interested replies with a short set of screening questions and flag warm leads the same day
