Looking for a long-term editing role where great work can grow from 20 hours/week into a full-time opportunity as the business expands?

We’re a fast-growing Germany-based TikTok Shop affiliate business looking for an excellent short-form editor we can grow with — not a one-off freelancer.

Strong performance can open the door to more hours, higher compensation and a larger role over time.

You focus on great editing. We provide the concepts, scripts/voiceovers, raw footage, references and clear creative direction.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Turn raw footage into high-retention TikTok Shop videos.

Our recordings often include multiple takes and camera angles, so you need to identify the strongest footage and turn it into a clean, engaging edit.

We care most about:

• Strong hooks in the first seconds
• Excellent pacing and removing dead time
• Choosing the best takes
• Clean cuts and effective visual changes
• Strong sound design and precise SFX timing
• Following references closely without over-editing

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

An experienced short-form editor who is reliable, detail-oriented and wants to keep improving.

We have high standards, but we provide clear direction and feedback. Honest communication, consistent quality and the willingness to learn and grow with us are very important.

COMPENSATION & GROWTH

• 20 hours/week
• €500/month base salary (€5.77/hour)
• Up to €100/month performance bonus (€600 total / €6.92/hour)
• Weekly payments during the first weeks
• 13th-month pay in accordance with applicable Philippine law
• Paid 2-month probationary period
• Long-term position
• Potential for more hours, higher compensation and eventually full-time work as we grow

The performance bonus is based mainly on editing quality, first-pass quality, reliability, deadlines and organization — not simply whether one TikTok goes viral.

Higher compensation may be available for truly exceptional candidates.

PAID EDITING TEST

Shortlisted candidates will complete a PAID editing test using real raw footage, clear instructions and a reference TikTok Shop video.
