Shopify Store Manager

Flown is a fast-growing DTC beauty brand (hair tools, for women 45+) running a single Shopify store on Shopify Markets. We need a hands-on store manager to make sure everything we d ---------- to put on the site goes live correctly and on time - every sale, every new product, every test.

This is an execution role, not a strategy role. You'll take fully-briefed work from us and our agencies and ship it flawlessly: no offer running past its end date, no sold-out product still purchasable, no bundle that adds the wrong item to cart.

What you'll own:
-Build and schedule sales, discounts, and bundles in Shopify, and verify them end-to-end before launch
-Execute CRO tests in Intelligems from a brief, verify both variants work, confirm tracking fires
-Launch new products across the whole site: product page, navigation, collections, Aftersell upsells, and every active market
-Maintain Aftersell post-purchase triggers as products and offers change
-Monitor stock accuracy, pricing, and market configuration; catch broken pages before customers do
-Duplicate and test theme and app changes before publishing - never edit the live theme directly
-Build and maintain a launch checklist thorough enough that someone else could run a launch without you

Not in scope: CRO strategy or test design, landing page builds, paid media, inventory purchasing, email or SMS.

You're a strong fit if you have:
-Hands-on Shopify admin experience, ideally with Shopify Markets
-Experience with Intelligems or a similar A/B testing tool
-Experience with Aftersell or another post-purchase upsell app
-A track record of clean, on-time launches with a checklist or SOP mindset

Details: Part-time, 10-20 hrs/week (heavier around launches), ongoing. Fully remote. Reports directly to the founder. $ ---------- a month, start date immediately
