AI Video creator/editor

We are hiring an AI video Creator to create short-form videos (15–45 seconds) & Long-form videos (1-1:30min max) by replicating existing high-performing content.

You will be given:

Reference videos
Scripts with instructions
Access to AI tools

Your job is to recreate the same video but iterate it and make it unique, with new concepts, using a different avatar/subject - that will be provided, and deliver a fully finished video ready to post.

This is a system-based role. You will be trained on our exact workflow and are expected to follow it precisely while maintaining perfect coordination.

What You’ll Do
Watch a reference video and break it into scenes
Recreate each scene using AI (image/video generation)
Use prompting to generate realistic visuals
Animate scenes (Veo, Kling, or similar tools)
Add voice (ElevenLabs or similar)
Edit everything together into a final video (cuts, pacing, timing, background music etc. )
Deliver a complete, polished video on/ before the deadline of submission

Requirements
Experience with AI tools (video, image generation, or voice tools)
Basic understanding of prompting (how to generate consistent visuals, voice and character)
Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, etc.)
Ability to follow instructions EXACTLY
Strong attention to detail (framing, lighting, realism)
Comfortable with repetitive, system-based work
Reliable and available to work daily
Attention to details
Good English communication
IMPORTANT

This is not a creative role.

You must be able to:
Look at a video
Replicate the same structure, pacing, and style
Execute consistently with “iterated concepts” and ideas as instructed using a defined system.

Current rate is $3 or $4 per approved video.

SKILL & PAST EXPERIENCE IS A REQUIREMENT
