About Voltage Media

We’re an Australian marketing agency based in Sydney, working with property and real estate businesses across Australia. We run paid ads, produce content and manage social media for around 12 clients, and the volume is high and growing. We need someone who can own the editing and social media side of the business and keep it running like clockwork.

The Role

You’ll be the person turning raw footage into finished, scroll-stopping content and keeping ~12 client accounts posting consistently.

Edit short-form video (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, ad creatives) at high volume, every single day
Cut long-form footage into clips with captions, hooks, b-roll, music and graphics
Build static ad creatives and post graphics in Canva
Manage social media accounts for ~12 clients: scheduling, captions, posting and basic engagement
Keep content organised across all clients so nothing gets missed
Communicate daily with the team on what’s done, what’s pending and what’s blocked

Hours

Full time: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (PH time)
Plus a half day on Saturday
This is a long-term role, not a short contract

Pay

AUD $600 per month to start
Genuine potential to earn AUD $2,000+ per month based on performance. We pay more when the work is fast, clean and reliable, and we’d rather pay one great person well than three average ones.

Who We’re Looking For

Amazing written and spoken English
Communicates clearly and proactively. You don’t go quiet when something goes wrong.
Experience working with Australian clients or agencies strongly preferred
Proven high-volume editing experience (you’ll need to show examples)
Skilled in Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar, plus Canva
Understands what makes content perform on Instagram, ---------- and Facebook
Hard worker who takes ownership, hits deadlines and doesn’t need chasing
Organised and able to juggle multiple clients without dropping the ball
Reliable internet and a computer that can handle video editing
