YouTube Video Editor & Social Media Manager (AI Video Skills a Plus)

We're looking for a creative, reliable Video Editor & Social Media Manager to take our raw content and turn it into polished, scroll-stopping videos across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

I film the content. You edit it, post it, and manage the channels. If you can also create AI-generated video content, that's a big plus.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Long-Form YouTube

• Edit long-form videos (cuts, pacing, b-roll, text, graphics, music, sound cleanup, color correction)
• Create thumbnails that get clicks
• Write titles, descriptions, and tags optimized for YouTube SEO
• Upload, schedule, and manage the YouTube channel (playlists, end screens, cards, comments)

Short-Form Content

• Edit short-form videos for IG Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Cut long-form videos into multiple short clips
• Add captions, hooks, trending audio, and on-screen text
• Post and schedule content consistently on all platforms

AI Video Content

• Use AI tools to create video content (AI avatars, AI b-roll, AI voiceovers, AI-generated scenes, etc.)
• Stay current on new AI video tools (Runway, Kling, Veo, HeyGen, CapCut AI, Midjourney, ElevenLabs, or similar)
• We know this space is new. If you're experimenting and learning, tell us what you've tried

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• 2+ years of video editing experience (YouTube experience strongly preferred)
• Strong with Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, or CapCut
• Understands what makes short-form content perform (hooks, pacing, retention)
• Experience managing social media accounts and posting schedules
• Good English communication and can take feedback
• Reliable internet and a computer that can handle 4K editing
• Organized and meets deadlines without being chased

NICE TO HAVE:

• Hands-on experience with AI video/image/voice tools
• Photoshop or Canva for thumbnails
• Basic YouTube analytics knowledge
