Reliable high-speed internet, backup power and a quiet, secure workspace
Ability to start before the end of the year

TO APPLY: ANSWER THE FF QUETSIONS BELOW:
1) Tell us about your US accounting and tax experience. Who were the clients or firm, what types of businesses, and what did you personally handle?
2) Walk us through your month-end close in QuickBooks Online. What do you reconcile, what accrual adjustments do you typically make, and what do you deliver at the end?
3) Tell us about a client’s books that were messy or behind. What did you find, how did you clean them up, and what was the result?
4) Which returns have you personally prepared (1040, 1065, 1120-S, 1120)? Roughly how many of each in your last busy season, and which was the most complex?
5) Tell us about a tricky issue on a business return (for example basis, distributions, K-1s, depreciation, or book-to-tax differences). How did you research and resolve it?
6) Which tax and accounting software have you used hands-on (QBO, Xero, Drake, UltraTax, Lacerte, ProConnect, Excel), and what did you actually do in each? Please distinguish hands-on use from exposure.
7) What payroll reporting, 1099, or sales tax work have you personally done? Please give a specific example.
8) How do you manage multiple client files and deadlines during tax season? Tell us about a time you saw a deadline at risk and how you raised it.
