TikTok Shop Short-Form Video Editor

I'm looking for a reliable and efficient video editor to help edit short-form TikTok Shop affiliate videos.
I will provide all the raw footage. Your job is to turn the footage into clean, engaging, fast-paced videos that are ready to post.
The editing style is simple and straightforward. I'm not looking for complicated effects or heavy editing.

Responsibilities:
Edit 25 short-form videos per day (175 per week).
Cut and trim raw footage.
Remove dead space, pauses, and unnecessary silences.
Add natural zoom-ins and zoom-outs to keep viewers engaged.
Maintain a fast-paced, smooth editing style.
Export videos in vertical 9:16 format (1080 × 1920).
Deliver completed videos consistently and on time.

Requirements:
Experience editing TikTok, Reels, or YouTube Shorts.
Familiarity with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar editing software.
Ability to edit quickly without sacrificing quality.
Good communication and reliability.
Ability to handle high-volume editing consistently.
Compensation
$450 USD per month.
Consistent, long-term work.
All footage will be provided.
Simple editing requirements with a repeatable workflow.
