Job Title: Senior GoHighLevel Automation Specialist — Real Estate & Mortgage (Part-Time, Long-Term)

Golden Century Financial Services is a real estate and mortgage brokerage in San Jose, California, led by a broker with more than 35 years of experience. We help homeowners, seniors, and real estate investors make well-analyzed decisions about selling, financing, and using home equity. We are building a fully automated lead generation and client follow-up system in GoHighLevel, and we need a skilled specialist to build it with us and maintain it long-term.

What you will build and manage

Funnels and landing pages for three client programs: senior homeowners (home equity), real estate investors, and home sellers
Workflows and automations: lead intake, tagging, nurture sequences by email and SMS, appointment reminders, and re-engagement campaigns
Pipelines and opportunity stages so every lead is tracked from first contact to closing
Calendars and booking widgets connected to the website and funnels
Custom fields, custom objects, and forms to organize client and lender/loan program data
Reporting dashboards that show lead sources, conversion rates, and appointments booked
Ongoing CRM cleanup, testing, and documentation of every system you build

Required experience

2+ years of hands-on GoHighLevel work (not just basic VA tasks inside GHL)
Proven experience building multi-step workflows with triggers, conditions, and branching
Experience with A2P 10DLC registration, domain setup, and email deliverability settings
Clear, professional written English
The habit of documenting your work so systems can be understood and maintained

Strongly preferred

Experience with real estate, mortgage, or financial services clients
Familiarity with US marketing compliance (opt-in, DNC, TCPA basics)
Experience with Zapier or webhooks, and with Canva for simple graphics
Experience supporting YouTube or email content distribution

Schedule and terms

Part-time, 20 to 25 hours per week
At least 3 to 4 hours of overlap with Pacific Time (California) for calls and reviews
Replies to messages within the same business day during overlap hours
Long-term role, with hours increasing as the business grows
Pay: $8 to $12 per hour, based on experience and test task results
