Work Setup: 100% Remote

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Philippine Time
Monthly Salary: $700
You'll transform raw footage, creative briefs, and ideas into polished, professional videos for our global clients.
Your work should do more than look good. It should communicate clearly, hold attention, and deliver the intended message.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TIMELINE
1. TURN RAW FOOTAGE INTO POLISHED VIDEOS
Transform unedited footage into professional, engaging content that meets project requirements and creative standards.
2. TELL STORIES THAT KEEP VIEWERS WATCHING
Use pacing, sequencing, timing, and visual flow to create videos that feel intentional, natural, and compelling.
3. MAKE THE DETAILS MATTER
Apply transitions, audio mixing, sound design, visual continuity, and composition to elevate the final output.
4. BRING CREATIVE IDEAS TO LIFE
Understand creative direction, contribute ideas, and find better ways to communicate through video.
5. COLLABORATE AND TAKE FEEDBACK
Work with Project Managers and Creative Leads, understand revisions, and execute feedback accurately without losing the intended creative vision.
6. DELIVER WITHOUT SACRIFICING QUALITY
Manage assigned projects, meet deadlines, and maintain consistent quality across different video styles and requirements.

WHAT MAKES YOU THE RIGHT EDITOR?

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or comparable professional video editing software.
• Experience with professional video editing workflows.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, sequencing, and visual continuity.
• Solid knowledge of transitions, composition, audio, and sound design.
• Ability to produce polished videos rather than simply assemble clips.
• Flexibility to work with different creative styles and project requirements.

CREATIVE INSTINCTS

• A sharp eye for detail and visual quality.
• A strong sense of timing, rhythm, and viewer engagement.
• Creativity and versatility when approaching different projects.
• The ability to identify what a video needs to make it better.
• A willingness to experiment, learn, and continuously improve.

• Fluent written and spoken English.
