Outbound Cold Caller (Full-Time, US Hours), Philippines Based

ABOUT THE ROLE
We're hiring outbound cold callers to work through a lead list for a new AI-driven real estate investment tool, calling US businesses to qualify and triage leads. This is a full-time, phone-heavy role for someone who's confident, clear, and comfortable making a high volume of calls every day.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
-Make 100+ outbound dials per day to US businesses
-Follow a provided call script to qualify leads
-Log call outcomes and notes accurately in GoHighLevel (GHL)
-Handle objections professionally and keep conversations moving
-Report daily on dials, conversations, and results

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
-Clear, neutral English accent. This is the most important requirement. You'll be speaking with US business owners, and they need to understand you easily.
-Confident phone presence
-Previous cold calling, outbound sales, or call center experience (US clients preferred)
-Comfortable with high-volume dialing and handling rejection
-Experience with GoHighLevel or another CRM is a plus

SCHEDULE
-Full-time, US business hours (e.g. 9 AM to 5 PM EST, which is roughly 9 PM to 5 AM PHT)
-Monday to Friday

REQUIREMENTS
-Stable, fast internet connection
-Noise-canceling headset
-Quiet, dedicated work space

COMPENSATION
-$500 to $1,200 USD per month, based on experience and performance.

START DATE
-Immediately. We want new hires onboarded and dialing by [date].
