Remote Interior Designer / Drafter

TK Design is a New York-based high-end residential interior design firm looking for a talented remote Interior Designer / Drafter based in the Philippines.

We are looking for someone who is creative, technically strong, organized, and able to work independently. You should have a strong understanding of residential interiors and be able to take design direction and turn it into accurate, polished drawings and presentations.

Responsibilities include:

• AutoCAD drafting and revisions
• Floor plans, interior elevations, millwork, lighting and reflected ceiling plans
• SketchUp / 3D modeling and renderings
• Space planning and residential detailing
• Working from designer markups and making revisions accurately
• Assisting with presentations and design documentation

Requirements:

• Strong AutoCAD skills
• Strong SketchUp skills
• Rendering experience
• Good design eye and attention to detail
• Interior design or architecture experience
• Strong English communication
• Reliable internet and computer
• High-end residential experience preferred
