This is a high-responsibility role supporting active U.S. construction projects. We are looking for someone who can think critically, move fast, and take ownership of legal processes, not just review documents.

If you are not comfortable working with contracts, liens, disputes, and real-world legal risk, this role is not for you.

Also, this role provides legal support and documentation assistance only and does not constitute U.S. legal representation.

Role Overview

You will serve as our primary legal support for contract review, lien-related documentation, dispute preparation, and risk management. Your work will directly impact project timelines, cash flow, and legal positioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and revise:
• Client contracts
• Subcontractor agreements
• Change orders and addendum
• Prepare and review:
• Lien documents & sworn statements
• Notices, demand letters, and formal communications
• Advise on:
• Contract risks and legal exposure
• Payment disputes and enforcement strategies
• Support legal positioning for potential disputes or litigation
• Ensure documentation is accurate, consistent, and defensible

Must-Have Qualifications

• Licensed Lawyer (Philippines required; U.S. exposure is a strong advantage)
• Strong experience in:
• Contract drafting and review
• Legal documentation and formal correspondence
• Excellent written English (this is critical)
• Ability to analyze details and spot inconsistencies quickly
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment

Highly Preferred

• Experience with construction law, liens, or real estate
• Familiarity with U.S. contracts and legal processes
• Experience supporting disputes or claims preparation
