If you're an experienced transaction coordinator who takes pride in files that close clean, on time, and without drama, The Lightbourn Group in El Paso, Texas wants to talk to you. This role is fully remote.

We're a growing residential real estate team. We close a high volume of transactions, a lot of them new and newer construction, and most of our clients are buying or selling their first home. That means they lean on us to make a complicated process feel simple. You're the reason it does.

This is not an entry-level role. We're looking for a full-service TC who already knows Texas contracts inside and out.

What you'll own

• Drafting offers on TREC forms (resale and new construction) at the direction of the agent
• Drafting buyer representation agreements and listing agreements
• Drafting amendments and tracking every change through to signature
• Entering new listings into the MLS, accurately and on time
• Coordinating earnest money and option fee delivery to
