Bid Intelligence Coordinator (Part-Time | Remote)

About the Role

We’re hiring a Bid Intelligence Coordinator to help connect dump truck haulers with contractors who need trucks for active construction projects.

You’ll call contractors from our project list, confirm hauling needs, collect bid and contact details, and help our members submit pricing to those contractors through our platform.

Main Tasks

Call contractors and estimators to confirm if dump trucks are needed.
Connect our members (haulers) to those contractors for pricing and bid submissions.
Record project details, bid dates, and contact info in spreadsheets.
Promote our hauling connection platform to contractors.
Submit verified project and bid reports to the team.

Requirements

Excellent English (spoken & written)
Confident making calls to U.S. contractors
Organized and detail-oriented
Reliable internet and quiet workspace
Experience in construction, logistics, or lead generation is a plus
