Position Overview
We are looking for a sharp, tech-savvy, and proactive Marketing VA with GHL expertise who can hit the ground running. You won't just be drafting ideas here—you’ll be actively executing, managing tech platforms, and taking ownership of social media, video editing, webinar production, and CRM workflows.
If you are a self-starter with deep fluency in GoHighLevel (GHL) and a knack for digital marketing operations, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Management: Write engaging, on-brand content calendars and schedule posts natively using our social planner (publishing directly, not just leaving drafts).
• Short-Form Video Editing: Edit Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts using tools like CapCut or Canva, add dynamic captions, and schedule them to the right channels.
• Webinar Production: Build registration funnels and landing pages, set up automated email /SMS reminder sequences, help assemble slide decks, and manage the live tech on the day of the event.
• Paid Ads Coordination: Collaborate with the Agent CRM pro team to launch pre-designed ad campaigns smoothly.
• GHL Platform Mastery: Navigate pipelines, build workflows and automations, set up forms, and manage calendars with total confidence (no learning on the job!).

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Marketing Virtual Assistant or Digital Marketing Coordinator.
• Deep GoHighLevel (GHL) fluency—you know your way around workflows, pipelines, and calendars inside and out.
• Strong proficiency in CapCut, Canva, and native social media scheduling tools.
• Exceptional organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and reliable communication.
• A "get it done" attitude with the ability to manage multiple moving parts independently.
