Job Title: Experienced Amazon FBA Product Sourcer (SellerAmp & Keepa Expert)

About the Role

We're an established Amazon FBA business looking for an experienced product sourcer to find profitable, low-risk products for us to buy and sell. This is a hands-on role for someone who already knows how to analyse products quickly and confidently. You'll work directly with me, and for the right person there's potential for long-term, increasing hours.

What You'll Do

• Online Arbitrage (OA) sourcing: find profitable products on retail and brand websites, using our criteria for ROI, profit per unit, sales rank and competition - for the UK market
• Wholesale and supplier sourcing: find, contact and vet brands, distributors and wholesalers, and gather pricing, MOQs and terms
• Product analysis: use SellerAmp and Keepa to check price history, sales velocity, Buy Box ownership, FBA fees, seller competition and risks like IP complaints, gating and hazmat
• Other sourcing methods: retail arbitrage leads, clearance and deal lists, and reverse sourcing from competitor storefronts
• Reporting: record every lead in a spreadsheet with ASIN, buy cost, sell price, profit, ROI, estimated monthly sales and a link to the source
• Support tasks: occasional repricing input, stock level checks and chasing invoices

Must-Have Requirements

• Proven experience with SellerAmp (SAS) and Keepa, able to read Keepa graphs and make quick, accurate buy decisions
• At least [1-2] years' experience sourcing for Amazon FBA (OA, wholesale or both)
• Understanding of FBA fees, ROI vs margin, Buy Box dynamics and sales rank
• Knowledge of Amazon restrictions, gating and IP risk
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Excellent written English for supplier outreach
• Reliable internet, a quiet workspace and the ability to work independently

-Experience with UK/EU marketplaces

Nice to Have

• Experience with other tools (e.g. Tactical Arbitrage, RevBoard, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, OAXRAY, Keepa browser extension)
• Experience with repricing software

Hours and Pay

• Part-time to start, around [X] hours per week, with room to grow
• Flexible schedule with some overlap with UK time if needed, however can work PH hours
• Pay: [$X per hour / fixed monthly rate] [optional: plus a bonus on profitable products]
