Hiring: Canadian Mortgage Fulfillment Specialist (Remote VA)

We’re looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy Mortgage Fulfillment Specialist to join our growing mortgage brokerage and support our team with day-to-day file processing.

Responsibilities:

Gather, review, and organize borrower documents.

Upload documents to lender portals and mortgage platforms.

Ensure files are complete, accurate, and ready for submission.

Follow up on outstanding documents and lender conditions.

Keep files organized and updated in our systems.

Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple files and deadlines.

Requirements:

Experience with Canadian mortgage fulfillment or mortgage processing.

Strong understanding of Canadian mortgage terminology and documentation.

Familiarity with Finmo and Google Workspace is a big plus.

Tech-savvy, extremely organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

Able to work quickly, manage priorities, and meet tight deadlines.

Excellent written English and communication skills.

We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, works independently, learns quickly, and can keep things moving without constant supervision.
