Executive Assistant | Shopify, E-Commerce & Customer Service

We’re looking for a proactive, organised and resourceful Executive Assistant to support a growing e-commerce business in the Black hair and beauty industry.

We need someone who is already confident using Shopify, experienced in customer service, and strong at online research. You should be comfortable working independently, solving problems and helping improve day-to-day business operations.

Key Skills & Responsibilities

1. Shopify & E-Commerce

• Strong, hands-on experience using Shopify is essential.
• Confident managing orders, customer issues and day-to-day e-commerce tasks.
• Able to navigate the platform independently and identify basic issues.

2. Customer Service & Administration

• Experience handling customer enquiries via email , chat and phone.
• Strong communication, organisation and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable resolving customer issues and recommending suitable products.
• Able to manage tasks independently and keep business operations organised.

3. Research & Business Support

• Confident researching products, industry trends and customer needs.
• Able to research topics and create useful insights for *All My Black Girls*, our Black hair and beauty brand.
• Comfortable using AI tools and identifying ways to improve workflows.
• Proactive, resourceful and willing to take initiative.

Who We're Looking For

• Someone with proven Shopify and e-commerce experience.
• Strong customer service and administrative skills.
• Excellent online research skills and attention to detail.
• Someone who can work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• An interest in Black hair and beauty.

Bonus: Experience with wigs, hair accessories or other Black hair and beauty products would be a plus, but it is not essential.
