Phone Answering VA – US Hours (E-commerce)

We’re an e-commerce brand , and we’re looking for a Virtual Assistant to answer incoming phone calls from our US customers.

What you’ll do:

Answer incoming calls from people who see our ads or find our phone number on our website
Be friendly, clear, and professional on every call
Be available during US business hours (we’ll agree on your exact shifts together)

What we need:

Excellent spoken English with a clear American accent (this is a must)
A quiet place to work and a stable internet connection
A phone or headset in good working condition
Reliable and punctual, able to commit to US time zone shifts
