Ethereal Solutions is a Dutch e-commerce agency working with 70+ brands across the Netherlands, Germany, France, Spain, the UK and the US. We manage campaigns for clients across Europe and the US, including the Netherlands, Germany, Poland and the UK. We treat every client store as if it were our own, and we are looking for someone who shares that mindset.

We currently manage 13+ media buying clients and are growing fast. That’s why we’re looking for an experienced media buyer to join our team and take ownership of daily campaign work.

What You’ll Do

Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Shopping, Performance Max, Search) for multiple e-commerce clients
Build weekly and monthly performance reports for clients
Analyze data and come up with concrete ideas to improve ROAS and scale profitable accounts
Monitor budgets, bids, feeds and product performance across accounts
Share results and insights with clients in a clear, professional way
Think along with us on strategy, not just execute tasks

Requirements

At least 2 years of hands-on experience running Google Ads for e-commerce stores
Proven experience with dropshipping or Shopify stores
Strong knowledge of Performance Max, Google Shopping and Merchant Center
Comfortable managing multiple accounts at the same time
Data-driven: you know your way around Google Ads reporting, Google Analytics and spreadsheets
Excellent written and spoken English
Reliable, proactive and able to work independently
Stable internet connection and your own work setup

Nice to Have

Experience with scaling accounts to high daily budgets
Experience running campaigns in non-English markets (EU)
