Junior Virtual Assistant - Instagram & UGC Creator Support (Full Training, Beginners Welcome)

We are a Danish e-commerce company behind KidsBuddy, a smartwatch for kids. We're hiring a Junior Virtual Assistant to join our small, fully remote team. No experience needed - the founder will train you.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Find new UGC creators on Instagram and Trybe and persuade them to join our creator program
• Share briefs with creators, review their videos and give clear feedback
• Keep creators motivated and engaged
• Support our influencer partnerships with follow-ups and tracking
• Deliver approved content to our ads agency
• Follow up on tasks, keep ClickUp updated and send a daily EOD report

If you perform well, you can grow into owning our entire creator program.

WHO YOU ARE

• Excellent written and spoken English
• Naturally persuasive
• Know Instagram well
• Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude)
• Detail-oriented and good at following processes
• Reliable internet and backup power

WHAT YOU'LL GET

• $4-8/hour with raises when you deliver
• Paid trial period and full training
• Christmas bonus every year
• Stable long-term work

WORKING HOURS
40 hours/week, Monday to Friday. You must be logged in by 9 AM Danish time (3 PM Philippine time in Danish summer time, 4 PM in Danish winter time), and at least 6 of your hours must fall between 8 AM and 5 PM Danish time.
