Full-Time Python Developer, Uncapped Earning Potential

The $4000 is the floor, not the ceiling.

I'm hiring a full-time, long-term Python developer to join my agency, Hazelize, and help me grow our custom development and AI automation work. This is two jobs in one. You'll build things in Python, and you'll use a lead-generation platform that I provide to find your own prospects and win your own projects. When you win a project and deliver it, you earn 15% of what the client pays for it, on top of your base pay.

I'm looking for someone hungry, curious, and ambitious who wants more than a fixed salary. If you want a role where what you earn grows with what you build and sell, this is that role. Early-career developers are very welcome. You do not need sales experience, I will coach you.

You'll report directly to me. You'll also talk with prospects and clients, and sometimes speak and write on my behalf, so strong spoken and written English is a core requirement.

HOW YOU'LL EARN

• Base pay: $400 USD per month, paid weekly for the first 60 days
• Commission: 15% of what the client pays for each project you win and deliver, paid after the client's payment is received. The full terms are in writing before you accept an offer
• 13th month pay, paid time off, and Philippine holidays
• Your income grows as the projects you win and deliver grow

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Primary (first several months)

• Building Python automations, API integrations, and AI workflows for clients
• Using AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code) every day to move faster, and checking everything they produce
• Using the lead-generation platform I provide to research and reach out to prospects
• Starting conversations with prospects and joining discovery calls, then scoping and proposing projects with my coaching. I join to close deals when a video call is needed
• Delivering the projects you win

Ongoing / Expanding

• Building a repeatable pipeline: who to target, what to say, and which projects to say yes to
• Building internal tools and AI agents for the agency
• Picking up new tools quickly (n8n, Supabase, Next.js, and more) as client needs change

YOU SHOULD KNOW YOUR WAY AROUND

• Python (this is the core requirement)
• APIs: REST, JSON, authentication, and webhooks
• SQL and at least one database such as PostgreSQL, SQLite, or Supabase
• Git and GitHub
• Practical, daily AI-assisted coding (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, or similar)
• Pluses: FastAPI or Flask, Playwright, n8n, Docker, deployment experience

You do NOT need a degree, a specific number of years of experience, sales experience, or every tool above. Strong fundamentals, curiosity, and drive matter more than a long resume.

SCHEDULE & PAY

• $500 USD / month base (paid weekly), plus 15% commission on projects you win and deliver
• 40 hours per week
• Flexible hours by default. You must be willing to flex into US hours for discovery calls, client calls, and other meetings
• 13th month pay
• Paid time off + Philippine holidays

Shortlisted candidates complete paid test projects and a short video call interview.
