Key Responsibilities

Virtual Assistant Duties:

• Manage calendars, appointments, and email communications
• Handle administrative tasks, data entry, and document management
• Assist in client communication and customer service
• Research and compile reports as needed
• Provide general support for daily business operations

Digital Marketing Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating and managing email marketing campaigns
• Manage and schedule social media content across platforms
• Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance
• Implement SEO strategies and optimize content for search engines
• Assist in content creation for blogs, newsletters, and ads
• Support lead generation and customer engagement strategies
• Assist with the set up and management of email marketing
• Assist with the creation and editing of content for web site; marketing, email campaigns & flows

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Digital Marketing Specialist, or CRM Manager
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including email , social media, and SEO
• Experience with content creation and online advertising
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools and platforms quickly
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the different industries (a plus)
• Familiarity with automation tools and AI-driven marketing strategies
• Knowledge of paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
