About the Role

ZIPKURE is an Australian adhesives and sealants brand supplying products for construction, plumbing and industrial applications.

We are looking for a Philippines-based Chemical Engineering graduate with strong graphic design skills to work directly with our director. This role combines product documentation, packaging design, supplier coordination and executive assistant support.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and manage print-ready artwork for cartridges, foil sausages, cartons and product brochures.
  • Maintain consistent branding, product codes, colours, barcodes and packaging information across the range.
  • Review supplier Technical Data Sheets (TDS) and Safety Data Sheets (SDS), identify missing or conflicting information, and coordinate accurate ZIPKURE documents.
  • Research adhesives and sealants, their applications, competitor products and the Australian trade market.
  • Keep website product information consistent with approved technical documents and packaging.
  • Follow up suppliers on artwork proofs, specifications, samples, testing and production deadlines.
  • Maintain organised product records, document versions and task trackers.
  • Support the director with correspondence, scheduling, research and general administration.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.
  • Strong graphic design skills, including Adobe Illustrator and preparation of print-ready artwork.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisation and follow-through.
  • Ability to interpret technical information and explain it clearly.
  • Reliable computer and internet connection, with availability for agreed hours overlapping the Australian working day.
  • Practical knowledge of adhesive and sealant applications: selecting the right product for different materials, surface preparation, priming, application methods, curing times and limitations.
  • Ability to turn technical data into clear “where to use” and “how to use” instructions for packaging, product sheets, website content and customer support.

Experience with adhesives, silicones, polyurethane, MS polymers, acrylic sealants, coatings or related chemical products is strongly preferred. Packaging production and TDS/SDS experience will be highly regarded.

TO APPLY

Please provide:

1. Your CV, qualifications and relevant product experience.
2. Examples of packaging artwork and other graphic design work, explaining your contribution.
3. Details of the design software you use.
4. Any experience preparing or reviewing TDS and SDS.
5. Your availability, earliest start date and expected monthly salary in USD.

Shortlisted applicants will be invited to a video interview and a small paid practical task.

We are seeking someone for a long-term role who can take ownership of tasks, communicate clearly and help build an organised, professional product range.
