Automation & CRM Integration Specialist

We are looking for an experienced
Automation & CRM Integration Specialist to build and manage an integration between
Simpro, ---------- and GoHighLevel (GHL).

This is a hands-on role for someone who understands automation, APIs and CRM systems and can take ownership of the setup from start to finish.

What We Need

We want to automate the flow of information between:

GoHighLevel → ---------- → Simpro

and

Simpro → ---------- → GoHighLevel

The goal is to reduce manual data entry and keep both systems updated automatically.

Examples of the Work

• Create and update customers between systems
• Transfer won sales from GHL into Simpro
• Update GHL pipeline stages automatically
• Sync job and scheduling information
• Send job status updates back to GHL
• Trigger customer SMS and email workflows
• Update completed jobs
• Trigger review and referral campaigns
• Handle invoice or payment follow-up
• Prevent duplicate records
• Create alerts when an automation fails
• Identify missing or incorrect information

You Will Be Responsible For

• Building ---------- scenarios
• Connecting Simpro and GHL
• Working with APIs and webhooks
• Mapping fields between systems
• Testing workflows
• Setting up error handling
• Troubleshooting problems
• Documenting the setup
• Monitoring and maintaining the automations after launch

Required Experience

You should have good practical experience with:

Experience with Simpro would be a strong advantage.

What We Are Looking For

We want someone who can understand a business process and work out the simplest and most reliable way to automate it.

We do not want unnecessary custom software if the workflow can be handled properly through

The system needs to be reliable, easy to maintain and properly documented.
