CRM Automation Expert (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Instantly, Make/N8N)

We are a boutique consulting firm seeking an individual freelancer (no agencies, no subcontracting) who can build clean, reliable, well‑documented automated systems across GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Instantly, Make/N8N, and AI-powered workflows. All work must be done personally by you.

You’ll work directly with our Founder and CMO, turning strategy into execution inside a fast-moving agency environment.

You Will Build

• Modular workflows, pipelines, triggers, and automations in GoHighLevel and HubSpot
• Instantly campaigns (domain warm-up, sequencing, reply routing)
• Make/N8N workflows (integrations, webhooks, JSON parsing, field mapping)
• AI receptionist flows (call/chat triage, routing, FAQs, lead capture)
• AI chat experiences (site chat, qualification, human handoff)
• Reusable snapshots and onboarding templates
• CRM integrations across GHL, HubSpot, Instantly, Make/N8N
• Clear documentation: workflow maps, SOPs, naming conventions, Loom walkthroughs
• Website builds inside GHL, WordPress, or Wix when needed

You Bring

• Strong hands-on experience inside GoHighLevel and HubSpot
• Practical experience with Instantly (deliverability, warm-up, sequencing)
• Technical automation skills with Make, N8N, or Zapier
• Experience building AI workflows (GHL AI, external AI tools, chatbots)
• Clear, fluent English communication
• A structured, organized approach to systems building
• Ability to work independently and produce clean, stable builds
• Commitment to doing the work yourself (no agencies, no subcontracting)

Compensation
$10/hour depending on experience and technical depth. This is a project-based role that can expand into a long-term position with consistent work and direct collaboration with the founder.
