Lyons Cards is seeking an experienced OBS producer to configure and support our sports-card live shows. Our equipment and graphics are already available. We need someone who can turn those resources into a polished, dependable production.

Our initial platform is Whatnot. Future work may include Facebook Live, other streaming channels, podcasts and recorded videos.

Equipment available

• OBS Studio.
• Elgato cameras.
• Two Elgato Stream Decks.
• Two RØDE wireless microphones and two wired microphones.
• Two monitors.
• Elgato teleprompter.
• Elgato lighting and additional studio lights.
• Company-provided graphics and branding.

Initial paid trial

Within 48 hours of receiving the agreed assets and access, prepare the show for a scheduled rehearsal with our team. Confirm your availability and any dependencies before accepting the project.

You will:

• Review the existing OBS setup and identify problems before making changes.
• Back up the current configuration.
• Build and test the agreed scenes, including the intro, hosts, card/rip camera and combined host-and-card views.
• Preserve correct camera proportions so cards and people are not stretched.
• Check camera settings, framing, focus, exposure and lighting.
• Evaluate the available microphones and configure a reliable setup for both hosts.
• Resolve echo, duplicate audio inputs, inconsistent volume and audio/video synchronization problems.
• Configure clearly labeled Stream Deck controls.
• Rehearse the complete show with our team.
• Verify the actual Whatnot output, including what viewers see and hear.
• Deliver the configuration files, backups and simple operating instructions.

What successful delivery looks like

The trial is complete when the agreed deliverables pass rehearsal and we accept the work:

• Every planned scene and control works.
• Both hosts can be heard clearly at consistent levels.
• There is no noticeable echo or duplicate audio.
• Cards remain correctly proportioned and readable.
• Video and audio stay synchronized.
• Scene transitions work without disrupting the sound.
• Our team can operate the show using the provided instructions.

Fixes needed to meet the agreed trial requirements must be completed before acceptance. We will agree on the fee, payment terms, rehearsal time and scope before work begins.

Required experience

• Demonstrated OBS live-production experience.
• Strong audio-routing and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience configuring cameras and maintaining correct aspect ratios.
• Familiarity with Elgato equipment and Stream Deck.
• Whatnot production experience strongly preferred.
• Clear spoken and written English.
• Availability for scheduled rehearsals and shows during US Central hours.
• A working computer, reliable internet and tested TeamViewer access.

Working expectations

You must test your own equipment and remote-access tools before our appointment. Raise limitations or blockers early, with a proposed solution.

We value ownership, preparation and teamwork. Explain what you have verified, what remains unresolved and when it will be resolved. Our hosts should be able to focus on presenting the show.

Do not change company account ownership or recovery details. Keep production files and documentation accessible to our team.
