Company: Napa Valley Window Cleaners (California, USA)
Salary: $4.50/hour
Schedule: 4 hours/day, 5 days/week (20 hours weekly)
Location: Philippines (Work From Home)

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, reliable, and results-driven General Virtual Assistant to support our daily operations, marketing efforts, and business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Administrative Support: Manage records, spreadsheets, and daily administrative tasks.

Social Media Management: Create and schedule Facebook posts and engage with customers.

Email Marketing: Prepare promotional email blasts, campaigns, and follow-ups.

Lead Generation: Research potential residential and commercial clients and build qualified prospect lists.

CRM Management: Maintain customer information, leads, and appointment records.

Customer Communication: Assist with email s, SMS, scheduling, and follow-ups.

Marketing Support: Design Canva materials and promote services, special offers, and maintenance plans.

Reporting: Submit daily and weekly productivity reports.

QUALIFICATIONS

Previous General VA experience preferred.

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Proficient in Canva, Facebook , and Google Workspace.

Knowledge of email marketing and lead generation.

CRM experience (Housecall Pro is a plus).

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Reliable computer, stable internet, and quiet workspace.
