Appointment Setter (Voice, Full-Time, US Business Hours) - Insurance Industry

We're a US company that sells back-office systems to insurance agencies. We're hiring one experienced appointment setter to book owners of small US insurance agencies into our calendar for 15-minute calls.

Responsibilities:

• Cold call US insurance agency owners during US Central business hours
• Get past gatekeepers; reach the decision-maker
• Deliver a short, tested pitch and book 15-minute appointments into our calendar
• Complete a brief qualification form for every booking
• Log every call outcome honestly in our tracker

Requirements:

• Strong spoken English
• Prior appointment-setting experience, B2B preferred
• Able to sound human on a script: stay on message, adapt when the prospect goes off-script
• Quiet workspace, reliable internet, headset (we test all three)
• Available full-time, US Central hours (PH night shift)

Compensation:

• Base: $700/month
• $9 per appointment that shows
• $45 bonus when a shown appointment converts
• Commissions weekly, base twice monthly, 13th month pay. Hired as an employee.
