NOW HIRING: EXPERIENCED PAYROLL SPECIALIST

Part-Time | Gig-Based Opportunity

We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Payroll Specialist with hands-on experience in payroll tax reporting, form corrections, and QuickBooks.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• MINIMUM 1 YEAR OF RELEVANT PAYROLL EXPERIENCE — STRICTLY REQUIRED.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks.
• Hands-on experience preparing and filing Forms W-2, 1099, and 941.
• Experience amending previously filed forms and correcting errors.
• Knowledge of reissuing corrected W-2s and 1099s, including handling corrections after filing deadlines.
• Strong understanding of payroll reporting requirements and filing procedures.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently, accurately, and meet deadlines.

WORK ARRANGEMENT:

• Part-time, gig-based work.
• Must be comfortable working on an as-needed basis.
• Must have practical experience handling payroll filings and corrections.
