MPORTANT: To be considered for this position, please read the entire job post and follow the application instructions at the bottom. Applications must be email ed directly to ---------- with your resume and the requested information to be considered.
Tiffand is looking for a highly reliable, hands-on Amazon Seller Central Operations Manager to help manage and operate a growing portfolio of brands and hundreds of Amazon products.
This is not primarily a PPC, creative, or brand-strategy role.
We are looking for someone who is excellent at the day-to-day operational side of Amazon Seller Central and enjoys making sure things are done correctly, quickly, and profitably.
The right person will notice problems before being told about them, take ownership of getting them fixed, and constantly look for ways to make the account run better.
What You Will Be Responsible For
You will work directly inside our Amazon Seller Central account across multiple brands and approximately 900+ products.
Your responsibilities will include:
Monitoring Account Health, Performance Notifications, suppressed listings, inactive listings, stranded inventory, and other account issues
Opening Seller Support cases, following up consistently, escalating when necessary, and seeing problems through until they are resolved
Creating and managing FBA shipments
Coordinating inventory movement between suppliers, 3PLs, and Amazon
Creating and maintaining Seller SKUs
Submitting image changes to listing and seeing them through in a timely manner
Managing catalog updates, flat files, variations, attributes, images, and listing corrections
Monitoring Buy Box performance, pricing, and repricer behavior
Identifying products where pricing or repricing is not working correctly
Reviewing products that have unexpectedly lost the Buy Box or sales
Monitoring inventory levels, replenishment needs, stockouts, excess inventory, and incoming inventory
Helping prepare purchase orders and maintaining accurate inventory records
Working with InventoryLab and keeping product costs and related data accurate
Reviewing Amazon fees and product profitability
Identifying products that are losing money or underperforming financially
Looking for unnecessary expenses, incorrect fees, reimbursements, and other opportunities to save money
Managing reimbursements and inventory discrepancies
Reviewing Business Reports and operational data
Maintaining accurate Google Sheets and internal tracking files
Coordinating with our 3PLs and suppliers when shipments or inventory require action
Maintaining organized documentation in Google Drive and Basecamp
Assisting with Walmart Marketplace and eBay operations when needed
What This Job Is Really About
We want someone who thinks like an owner.
If you start work on Monday and nobody gives you a list of tasks, you should naturally be checking things such as:
Is Account Health clean?
Are any listings suppressed or inactive?
Is anything stranded?
Are there Seller Support cases that need follow-up?
Are we running low on important inventory?
Are shipments delayed?
Have we lost the Buy Box on products where we should be winning it?
Is the repricer behaving correctly?
Are any products selling at poor margins?
Are Amazon fees unexpectedly high?
Are there reimbursements we should be pursuing?
Are there operational problems quietly costing the company money?
We do not want someone who waits to be told what to do every hour.
What We Are Looking For
You should have:
At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Amazon US Seller Central
Strong experience working directly inside Seller Central, not simply managing a team that did the work
Strong knowledge of FBA shipments and inventory management
Experience with flat files and bulk listing updates
Experience fixing suppressed, stranded, inactive, and broken listings
Strong Seller Support case-management skills
Knowledge of Account Health and Amazon policy issues
Experience monitoring pricing and Buy Box performance
Strong Google Sheets or Excel skills
Ability to understand basic product-level P&L and profitability
Strong organizational skills
Excellent written and spoken English
Ability to work quickly without sacrificing accuracy
Experience with InventoryLab, Helium 10, Keepa, repricing software, Data Dive, RevSeller or similar Amazon tools is helpful.
Experience working for an Amazon wholesale reseller, distributor, or multi-brand seller is a major plus.
The Person We Want
Technical Amazon knowledge matters, but character matters the most.
We are looking for someone who is:
Extremely reliable
Hard-working
Fast
Detail-oriented
Honest
Humble and low-ego
Comfortable doing unglamorous operational work
Able to take feedback
Able to follow direction
Comfortable working independently
Willing to take responsibility when something goes wrong
Someone who actually cares whether the work gets finished
If you say something will be done, we expect it to get done.
We are not looking for someone who needs constant supervision or someone who disappears when work becomes difficult.
Full-Time and Exclusive
This is a full-time, long-term position with Tiffand.
If hired, Tiffand must be your primary and exclusive full-time professional commitment.
We do not allow job stacking or employees simultaneously working full-time jobs or maintaining recurring Amazon clients without written approval.
If you are currently employed, you are more than welcome to apply, but you must be prepared to transition fully to Tiffand if hired.
Schedule
This is a full-time remote position.
You will work an agreed minimum 8-hour daily schedule Monday through Friday with substantial overlap with U.S. Central Time business hours 7am to 7pm. Most of your hours MUST be worked during that time frame and you will have a dedicated time frame you must be working and available.
You must be consistently available during your agreed work schedule.
