Full Stack Developer with AI Experience

Overview
We're a fast-moving team building a B2B platform and a range of web products. We need a full-stack developer who genuinely understands AI — not someone who uses ChatGPT, but someone who builds with it. You'll work across multiple live projects with high ownership from day one.

What you'll be doing

• Build our core B2B platform and other web apps from the ground up
• Integrate AI properly into our products — LLM APIs, agents, retrieval, real architecture
• Take features end to end — architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, iteration
• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code
• Collaborate via Git (branching, PRs, code review)
• Juggle and prioritise across multiple concurrent projects

What we're looking for

• Proven full-stack experience, strong command of multiple languages
• Track record of building and launching production web apps
• Genuine understanding of AI and how to build with it — LLMs, prompts, context, retrieval, agents
• Experience building or contributing to B2B platforms
• Solid Git and collaborative version-control workflows
