Online Sales Specialist

We’re growing our remote sales team and looking for confident, motivated people who know how to keep a conversation engaging and turn customer interest into results.
You’ll be working in a fast-paced digital environment, speaking with customers through written communication, building rapport, recognising sales opportunities, and guiding conversations towards successful conversions.

Your responsibilities:

• Engage with customers and build strong ongoing relationships
• Recognise buying signals and identify sales opportunities
• Use persuasive, natural written communication to drive conversions
• Handle multiple active conversations efficiently
• Follow established sales strategies, procedures, and performance standards
• Adapt your approach based on customer behaviour and feedback
• Work consistently towards individual and team sales targets

We’re looking for:

• Excellent written English
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
• Confidence in sales-focused conversations
• Creativity and the ability to think quickly
• Good organisation and time management
• Reliability and strong self-discipline
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Comfortable working towards measurable performance targets
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or online communication is beneficial, but not essential
