Technical Operations & Automation Specialist (Full-Time, Remote – Philippines)

Care Claim Line is a growing UK-based company helping people navigate applications for financial support and benefits.

We are expanding rapidly and building a strong remote team in the Philippines.

We are looking for a talented, resourceful and highly organised Technical Operations & Automation Specialist to help us build, manage and improve the systems behind our business.

This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys technology, solving problems, building automations and finding smarter ways of working.

You won't just be following instructions. We want someone who can identify opportunities, suggest improvements and implement solutions.

Your Responsibilities

1. CRM, Databases & Data Management

Build, manage and maintain databases and customer records.

Work with ---------- , Google Sheets and other CRM platforms.

Clean, format, deduplicate and organise large datasets.

Prepare customer and lead data for dialler campaigns.

Create automated reporting dashboards.

Ensure data flows accurately between systems.

2. CloudTalk & Dialler Management

Set up and maintain CloudTalk campaigns and power diallers.

Import, format and manage contact lists.

Configure call dispositions, tags, agent groups and workflows.

Manage outbound numbers, caller IDs and campaign settings.

Troubleshoot dialler problems and improve campaign performance.

Connect CloudTalk with other platforms using APIs and automations.

3. Automation & Workflow Development

Build automations using Make, Zapier, n8n or similar platforms.

Connect systems through APIs and webhooks.

Automate repetitive administrative processes.

Create lead-routing, customer notification and follow-up workflows.

Automate reporting, Slack notifications and internal processes.

Identify manual tasks that can be replaced with reliable automated workflows.

4. Facebook & Google Advertising

Assist with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

Set up advertising accounts, campaigns and tracking.

Help manage account verification and business verification processes.

Troubleshoot rejected ads, account warnings and technical issues.

Set up conversion tracking, Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel.

Monitor account health and flag potential compliance issues.

Work with management to improve advertising performance.

5. Website & Technical Support

Support website updates, integrations and landing pages.

Work with tools such as Replit, Zite and other no-code or AI development platforms.

Connect websites, forms and CRM systems.

Troubleshoot technical issues across the business.

Research, test and implement new software.

Maintain clear documentation for technical processes.

What We're Looking For

Essential skills:

Strong experience with automation platforms and CRM systems.

Excellent Google Sheets and database management skills.

Experience with API integrations and webhooks.

Confident troubleshooting software and technical issues.

Experience with Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads.

Excellent written and spoken English.

Highly organised, proactive and capable of working independently.

Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve productivity.

Highly desirable:

CloudTalk or similar VoIP/power dialler experience.
