Currently we are expanding our Sales Department (visa support services) and looking for motivated Sales Manager to join our team and help Filipino to transfer for better job and life opportunities in Poland.

Our best candidate:

• expirience in Sales of similar services
• expirience in successful sales and the ability to guide a client from initial contact to making the deal

We can consider candidates:

• expirience working with clients, including Sales
• desire to grow and develop yourself as Sales manager

Key requirements in order of priority:

• English— confident conversational level B2
• confidence and high level of professionalism in communication with clients
• organized and able to set priorities, you don't need an office to work well
• desire to learn and constantly improve yourself
• dream of becoming a specialist in the international market
• own PC or laptop and headset
• good internet connection

Responsibilities and functionality:

• processing incoming applications from website in CRM system (NOT cold calls)
• advising potential customers of the company's services
• ensuring a high level of communication and interaction with clients
• help on the transfer of documents and calculations
• entering information into the CRM system

Remuneration:

• stable rate of $450
• $25 extra for each client who ordered the company's services: 4-10 people per month (depending on your productivity) means plus $100 or $250 as a monthly bonus. That means your total monthly income can range up to $700 and more.

Bonus for Exceeding Targets
Starting from Month 4, managers receive additional bonuses for each sale beyond 7:

• 8–9 sales/month: +$10 per additional sale
• 10+ sales/month: +$15 per additional sale

We offer:

• full support at all stages of training
• all necessary product and company training documents + scripts of key negotiation options
• remote work, convenient work schedule
• working hours from 09:00 to 17:00 from Mon. to Fri. (Philippine Time)
• paid probation and trainee periods (5 training days and 5 practice days: will be paid in case of successful completement)
• paid salary in time (up to 20th every month)
• the ability to keep a high level of English while communicating with potential foreign clients
