ValorPro Global is a US-based remote staffing agency that places experienced Filipino professionals with American companies. We're adding an insurance back-office specialist to our team for placement with a growing US independent P&C agency.

You'll work from home, on US Eastern hours, directly with the client's licensed agent. ValorPro handles onboarding, pay, and support; you focus on the work. This is not an entry-level VA role, we need someone who already knows what a dec page, COI, binder, and loss run are.

What you'll do

Work a daily task queue of carrier notices: pending cancellations, endorsements, renewals, certificate requests, underwriting requirements
Call and email US policyholders to collect missing documents, resolve payment issues, and prevent cancellations
Process client-directed endorsements and policy changes in the AMS and carrier portals
Issue certificates of insurance from approved templates
Prep renewal files and keep client records complete and accurate
Log every action; escalate anything requiring a licensed agent (you will never quote, bind, or advise on coverage)
Requirements

2+ years in a US insurance BPO or agency back-office role (Patra, Cover Desk, ReSource Pro, Insurance Support World, or similar strongly preferred)
Hands-on EZLynx or Applied Epic experience; comfortable in carrier portals
Solid P&C vocabulary; personal and commercial lines both a plus
Excellent written English and a clear, confident phone presence
Meticulous attention to detail — this work is E&O-sensitive
Own computer (i5/8GB or better), stable 25+ Mbps internet, backup power/internet, quiet dedicated workspace
Available full-time, 8am–5pm US Eastern (8pm–5am PH)

Compensation & setup

₱40,000–45,000/month, depending on experience
Independent contractor engagement through our Philippine partner company; paid reliably twice a month
