Video Editor & AI Creative (Meta / TikTok Ads) — Full-Time, Long-Term

We are a fast-growing European e-commerce brand selling personalized jewelry across multiple markets. We're hiring a Video Editor & AI Creative to take full ownership of our video and static ads.

This is a long-term, full-time, work-from-home role. We are not looking for someone for a one-off project — we want someone who will grow with the company.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Edit video ads for Facebook /Instagram Ads and TikTok Ads (hooks, UGC-style, VSLs)
• Create static ads
• Produce 3D cartoon-style video ads and ultra-realistic AI avatar UGC videos for our products
• Find and source your own footage when no raw material is provided
• Deliver work in organized batches (a standard batch is 3 ads)

REQUIREMENTS

• Real experience editing e-commerce ads that converted — please show us actual ads, not a generic showreel
• Daily use of generative AI tools for creative work (AI video, AI images, AI voice, AI avatars). You must be able to explain your exact workflow, tool by tool
• Strong written and spoken English
• Fast, independent, and able to run a brief from start to finish without constant follow-up
• Your own reliable setup: a computer that can handle heavy editing, paid software licenses, and a stable internet connection
• Available for 30–45 hours per week, with some overlap with European hours (CET) for calls and feedback
