Revenue Manager (m/f/d) – Airbnb Short-Term Rentals

About us
We are a co-hosting and property management company for vacation rentals in Cyprus. We look after apartments and villas end to end, from pricing and guest communication to housekeeping, with one goal: getting the maximum out of every property for our owners. We're a young, fast-growing team with short decision paths.

Your responsibilities

Own the pricing and revenue strategy for our entire portfolio (ADR, occupancy, RevPAR)
Manage rates, minimum stays and restrictions with dynamic pricing tools (e.g. PriceLabs) and adjust manually for events, seasonality and demand
Optimize listings and channels (Airbnb, Booking.com, direct bookings): listing quality, rankings, conversion
Analyze the market and competitors in Paphos and the wider region and turn insights into concrete actions
Prepare regular performance reports for owners and management
Work closely with operations and guest communication to grow ratings and revenue together
Evaluate new properties and estimate their revenue potential

Your profile

• At least 2 years of experience in revenue management, short-term rentals, hospitality or property management
• Hands-on knowledge of dynamic pricing tools, a PMS and channel managers (e.g. PriceLabs, Hospitable, Airbnb, Booking.com)
• Analytical mindset, confident with Excel/Google Sheets, and a love for numbers without losing sight of the guest
• Independent, proactive and ready to take ownership
• Excellent English
