HIRING: Experienced Vacation Rental Virtual Assistant

We need an experienced Virtual Assistant to manage listings, bookings, and guest support for vacation rentals in Naples and the Dominican Republic, Florida, across Airbnb, Vrbo, ---------- , etc., including other booking websites and direct reservations.

Proven vacation rental experience is required. We will provide property details and policies, but no training in vacation rental operations.

Responsibilities and Requirements

• Create, launch, and optimize listings, including titles, descriptions, photos, amenities, fees, policies, and booking settings.
• Research comparable rentals and recommend seasonal pricing, minimum stays, discounts, and strategies to increase bookings.
• Monitor listing performance, occupancy, and revenue.
• Answer guest email s and messages professionally within one hour during scheduled shifts.
• Manage reservations, changes, cancellations, direct bookings, and synchronized calendars across multiple websites.
• Send confirmation, check-in, checkout, and follow-up messages.
• Schedule cleaners, coordinate same-day turnovers, and verify completion through photos and checklists.
• Coordinate maintenance, track supplies and expenses, and provide daily updates.
• Handle guest concerns, request honest reviews, and draft review responses.
• Have proven experience with Airbnb, Vrbo, ---------- , etc., and vacation rental management software or channel managers.
• Have excellent written English, strong organization, and the ability to work independently.
• Have a reliable computer, internet connection, and backup internet.
• Protect guest information and property access codes.
• Be available for agreed U.S. Eastern Time shifts. Split shifts and weekend availability are preferred.

Experience with pricing tools, automated messaging, digital guidebooks, multiple properties, and Spanish is a plus.
