Debt Collector – High Performance Role (Philippines | WFH ? Office)

Upper Class Collections is seeking a high-performing, results-driven Debt Collector who knows how to get outcomes. If you are experienced, resilient, and take pride in delivering strong recovery results, we want to hear from you.
We are building a team of top operators — people who don’t need to be micromanaged, who take ownership of their work, and who consistently perform under pressure.

The Role
You will be responsible for managing a debt portfolio of 100 to 300 accounts, handling challenging accounts, and setting the standard for performance within the team. This role starts as work-from-home, with a transition into an office environment in the near future.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in debt collection preferred
• Experience collecting in Australia is highly regarded
• Skip tracing experience within the Philippines is a strong advantage
• Proven ability to deliver consistent recovery results
• Strong negotiation skills and confidence dealing with difficult conversations
• Ability to work independently and make decisions without constant supervision
• You must take pride in your work, eager to take responsibility and demonstrate leadership abilities.
• A legal or accounting degree would be an advantage.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Recovering outstanding debts efficiently and professionally
• Handling complex accounts and difficult debtors
• Applying skip tracing techniques where required
• Supporting and guiding less experienced collectors
• Driving performance standards within the team
